Explore self love through art, promoting positive self-image and inner kindness, this Valentine’s Day.

Led by a trained Art Psychotherapist, participants will be guided through the art making process, resulting in their own unique art image.  To encourage further therapeutic benefit, participants will be invited to share in a safe space, promoting a sense of community.

Cost: CI$55 – includes light nibbles and drinks.
