Explore self love and confidence through art, promoting positive self-image and inner kindness.

Led by a trained Art Psychotherapist, participants will be guided through therapeutic art techniques, resulting in their own unique art image all while embracing personal wellbeing.  To encourage further therapeutic benefit, participants will be invited to share in a safe space, promoting a sense of community.
